I have been trying to figure out how to inject elements into an XML file and I cant seem to find any info on what I want to do.

I have a form that uploads an audio file to the server and creates XML for a podcast.

The first time around it works just fine, but I need to be able to open up that XML file and add <item> elements to it so users can add more episodes later.

Anyone got any suggestions?
