Creating For Mobiles

Hey people,

All sites I create are always standard compliant and also pure CSS unless I really need to use a tables for anything.

What exactly would I need to do to make sites work as perfect as possible on mobile phones?

Do you need to use different doc types or anytinhing?

No need for different doctypes, you may want to load a special css file for small screens though.

I'm currently working on a project for work where our reps need access to our CRM through there iPhones, this is the book (its free online) I'm using as a guide. While its mostly applicable to iPhones, I'm not sure there would be too much difference between any of the smaller screen devices.
