If you really wanna hide use <iframe of 0 height or width. on page if you dont wanna use Iframe or <style>embed, object {width:0px; height:0px;} table table table embed, table table table object {width:320px; height:240px;} </style><a href="http://whatever embed etc etc........................ THeres defintely not an invisible pop up - that doesn't make sense for the browser to do. And i've never heard of auto-minmize. He's saying just an <embed> and<object> tags to load a swf player, which you can make as large or small as you want.
