BeTuned
A CMS is a Content Management System (ex.: Joomla!, e107, Zikula, Drupal, etc...). Isn't there any readme file available in the map of your script? BeTuned
If you have a index.php file with your script, open it with notepad/wordpad/textpad/... in most of the scripts there is a comment made (mostly on top of the page) from the writer of the script.
