Align Excel data

Hi,

 

I have data in Excel that needs to be aligned on Persons first column (Integer).  I am attaching a sample file.

 

In the sample first sheet has Raw data and second has aligned data

 

Rows needs to be aligned on columns A,G,L

But they are already all aligned (except one) by start number, or am I missing the point?

Well,

 

Each "Start","End" ,"Ref" and "Var" belongs to a person.

 

Sorry in my second post I made mistake and posted values for second and third row in reverse, values are sorted in ascending order, so it should have been

In the example, first person has two empty rows and then has a "1131" value, where as second person has "1131" value in the second row and third person in the first row.  What I need is all "1131" values to be on the same row.

 

Value "1199" only exists only on the third person, so second row only contains values for third person and values for first and second person are emtpy

 

Value "1323" only exists only on the second person, so third row only contains values for the second person and the others are empty.

But in the sample file, all the content has already been sorted ?
