Yes thats an invalid insert statement try it like this.

 

INSERT INTO probid_auction_media (auction_id, media_type, media_url, order) VALUES (100051, 1, 'uplimg/img_1000341037872_24623246jpg.jpg', NULL)

I've managed to track the error down to this line :

$similar_item_media = $item->auction_media_fields(intval($_REQUEST['auction_id']), $session->value('auction_id'));

Could someone tell me what I should change ?

You have a trailing comma for no reason.
