Pay a set fee (e.g., $25). -- Contact a PHP programmer via email (or by phone), or he/she contacts you. -- Review your PHP problem(s) with him/her. Resolve problem(s). -- If problem persists and takes more time, make a further payment to Paypal or make arrangements with programmer. Thanks.
