Im not good with PHP or java.
this is the form code: (chat.html)

            <td class="label">Nickname:</td>
            <td><input id="nick" type="text" name="nick" size="12" value="Guest???" /></td>
            <td class="label">Applet Style:</td>

              <select id="applettype" size="1" name="style">
                <option value="chat/SimpleApplet.php">Simple</option>
                <option value="chat/NormalApplet.php" selected="selected">Normal</option>

                <option value="chat/AppletWithJS.php">JS Support</option>

        <p><input id="submit" type="submit" value="Chat!" name="B1" /></p>
