thewooleymammoth
its too hard to read for one, the links font is not a good choice as well as the gray background with dark grey text. its all hard to read. In your paragraph, i wouldnt thank the user for coming by. The idea on the front page is to get straight to the point. as much info as possible packed into as few lines as possible. the highlights section is unclear what it is. and the scrolling is distracting. i would prefer just something that fades to something else after a while. You could also use another color or two in there. Red is the compliment to green. or if you wanted more you could use pink and orange, or a purplish blue and yellow. For the scrolling box, i have put the scrolling and not fading, because mainly i have just ONE event scrolling through there.... Wow, great site for color schemes. I realised i could use a pinkish red for links, it does look really good !¨ Thanks so much. anything else ? maybe under EVENT section ? lvertel
graphic a little too small maybe make them bigger. maybe a lighter green color to make it more fresh hmm, to change the green color to lighter would be problematic cz i would need to change the whole set of graphic icons, buttons etc.. But yea, i will make the text bigger! thanks Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/202263-event-planner/#findComment-1061989 Share on other sites
