International Taxes

It depends where you are based and what kind of taxes you are talking about. In the UK for example, we have VAT. If you are exporting goods outside of the EU, you do not add the VAT, but if you are exporting to countries within the EU, you add the VAT at the rate for the country in which the buyer is based. This information should be listed on your government or regulatory bodies website.

What if I just used pay pal for transactions? Would it handle all of that? I've tried finding information for it for canada but had no luck so far. I may stop by a tax consultant and see if they'll entertain my question without a charge lol.
