wanting to make a site where people can upload their videos, need guidance

hi, i have been having trouble finding tutorials on how to make a page that uploads videos that stream onto a web site that people can view. does anyone know of any good tutorials that cover that? any help greatly appreciated. i have googled it with limited results. thanks. derek

rename the video,

store the file in a folder, and the name in the database
