mail form% need help

i want to add some feature to this script  such as(1) ensure that data is sent correct to desire mail friend 
(2) if user enter invaild mail display message to help me if there is worng
(3)when i test script no  message is sent to me

i test the script also but no result and i need script like this necessary ......if any one can help  us ..plz quick
