Delete rows in MySQL from a list and possible formatting theory

Hi there,

 

I thought I would get ahead of myself for a project I just cant seem to get my head around and I was wondering if you could help.

 

I have say 20 users on my web admin section yea?

 

Each have say 40 posts (actually their building projects but lets just reffer to them as posts), how do I allow users to delete their own individual posts?

 

I am a little confused about how to go about doing this, so any advice would be really appreciated.
