I have my hosting at bluehost.com and I need to know how can i install a software in server. Right now I'm thinking of using tesseract (OCR product) software. But I do not know how to proceed at this point. Kindly advice. trq Posted July 30, 2010 Share Posted July 30, 2010 Unless you have a vps or dedicated server hosted with your host it is highly unlikely you can install any software. Do you have shell access? You can't install software on a shared host, you'll need to ask your provider to do it or get hosting you have control over.
