QuePID Posted August 13, 2010 Share Posted August 13, 2010 I used phpmyadmin version 3.3.3 to back up MySQL table data and would love to know how to restore the data to mysql via PHP (not phpmyadmin). Also how can one produce phpmyadmin compatible .sql dumps of a tables data? I know easy ways of doing this via the mysql command console, but want to be able to handle this via php. otuatail Posted August 14, 2010 Share Posted August 14, 2010 I am having the same problem and have posted a problem. Within myadmin there is an export statment that allows a text based query that can be restored. The problem with that is if you have vast amounts of data. If you don't it might work.
