Site loading slow? Is that due to my template

hi, when I made my website I thought it would be a good idea to put the information I'm outputting in a function so I could just call that function on a single template page.

 

However, everytime I load a page on the server it loads all the static content first (ie, sidebar, logo, ect.) Then it loads the dynamic content. I'm okay with this, but it also doesn't add in the background until after it loads the dynamic content (which bothers me).

 

Can I re-arrange my site's coding to prevent this?
