Basically it lets you read and respond to MSN conversations using the screen, without having to exit programs or switch windows or anything. Really useful when you're playing a full screen game or when you're using your monitor for another device, like an Xbox. So far I've got it good, but now I need to use a KeyHook to capture the response when the user wants to send the message back.
