region,state,cities

hi, do you guys know any sites/portals that provide/allows people to pull their data for the region, state,cities ?

 

for example, I have this application, if it would be used worldwide, I would need to provide a drop down menu for country, state, city...but ofcourse the USA is divided into regions, correct ?, and also it would be tedious if am gonna put all of the cities of each countries in the tables manually
