tgeorge06
I'm trying to import a .xlsx file into mysql database with the newest Navicat. It works, but there is a problem. My longtext field cuts off mid sentence on a few of my rows and replaces everything else with 3 question marks. I've set what i thought was the proper charset...UTF8, not sure where i'm going wrong. roopurt18
Not all byte sequences are valid in UTF-8. A common convention by programs reading supposedly UTF-8 data is to convert such sequences to question marks. Perhaps that is occurring in your case.
