twsowerby Posted October 25, 2010 Share Posted October 25, 2010 It may be a little bit of a heavy handed approach, but Drupal has a module called Webform that allows users to create forms on the fly. It then stores the form results for you and has the facility to add additional processing such as email confirmation on form completion.
