Undefined index?

Hi, I would like to pass the value of a form name through "rsTown" but I am getting undefined index

 

my form:

Also, I need my pagination sorting out if anyone can help?!

if the code is on the same page, the index rsTown in $_REQUEST['rsTown'] will not be defined except when the form is posted.

ok, so how would you suggest I do this? send it to another page?
