date not accurate

Hi,

 

I'm using XAMPP server

I did the ff code

echo date('Y-m-d H:i:s');
?>

 

the time was 9:01pm, but I get 2010-11-08 13:01:18 in the code.

 

What's causing it to display inaccurately?

Is the server in a different time zone?
