I am trying to write a function that will change the style of a div onClick. Heres what i have and it works but i also want to add the background linear gradient supported by webkits "-webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, from(#FFF1EB), to(#FFFEC4))" how do i append that to the function below?

<html>
<head>
<style type="text/css">

#xx1{

height: 100px;
width: 100px;
border: 1px solid black;
}

</style>
</head>
<body>

<div id="xx1"></div><br>
<button id="b1">RED</button>
<button id="b2">BLUE</button>

<script type="text/javascript">
var o = document.getElementById("xx1");
document.getElementById("b1").onclick = function () {o.style.background="-moz-linear-gradient(top,  #777,  #fff)";};
document.getElementById("b2").onclick = function () {o.style.border="1px solid blue";};

</script>
</body>
</html>
