what field type is best for storing case sensitive values 32 characters long?

for example i want to store: 43dfs23EFWsQtr

CHAR(32). Case-sensitivity depends on the collation. If it ends in _ci, such as utf8_unicode_ci, it's a case-insensitive collation.
