Hello,

I am a relative novice to MySql, and may have done something silly. I am currently running mysql-5.1.51-winx64. The database was working fine, but it wasn't using as much system resources as desired, so I wanted to reconfigure the server as a dedicated server using the MySQL server instance configuration wizard 1.0.17.0. However, when I attempted to do so, it had a hang up when it tried to restart the service (trying to restart it for 24+ hours) and after closing it, mysql would no longer work. Now, there is a significant quantity of data in the database, and I would like to be able to get MySQL back up with losing said data. Can anyone help guide me to doing so?
