how to trigger a toggled div via href click from another page?

hi guys, i hope you can help me on this. I have a link called "Set" which is located on "home.php" (first tab). Now, when i click this link, it should take me to "settings.php" (which is the second tab)

and trigger open this fetched div content via iframe

to toggle open the fetched content above which is <div id="tab_set_sy">. I am using the jquery accordion here guys. here..
