  $result = mysql_query($qry);
  $row = mysql_fetch_assoc($result);
  $_SESSION['name'] = $row['name'];

  $info =( $_SESSION['cart'] . ' : ' . $_SESSION['name']);

Where do you intend to get the value to assign to $_SESSION['name']?

$_SESSION['cart'] says what the id is of the product i put in the cart, but now I want to have an output with the id of the product, but also the name of the product... 'name' without the brackets is the name of the column in sql

check out how it works http://fhcs.be/cart-demo4
