I changued the configuration thats needed for view the web interface, but im just dont viewing it. Im trying in: http://localhost/pear/PhpDocumentor But it isnt working. I already restarted Wamp. Also the tutorial says that they add a new phpdoc command in the cmd but it dont work for me. www/pear dont exist, also.
