Quick Question about header("Location:

Does this header redirection:

header("Location: http://www.WebSite.com/Page.php");

 

Happen on the server, and then get sent to the browser, or is it something that happens on the users computer?

It is sent to the browser, which in turn then goes to whatever page is indicated (image if the redirect was to another server)
