sunilpaladugu Posted April 16, 2011 Share Posted April 16, 2011 hi all i am listing my problem here i have a table like Table1 id name age after inserting record here id name age 1 sunil 27 after inserting secod record id name age 1 sunil 27 1 kumar 27 Here I am changing my name sunil to kumar ,I am appending my changed record as a new row for the same id now i need to store the old name and new name in separate table result table id oldname newname 1 sunil kumar Its so urgent plz reply fast. When you want to update a record add one to the version number(s) of the matching records and insert the new one as version zero.
