Quick question, with Reroute or redirect link

Here is the function sources that calls the social communtiy re-route or re-direct.

an you tell me how to re-write that line alone,pls

I need some quick help. I just need to write this redirect  out to where it only redirect the link I have.

 

Current State, NO GOOD producing two itemids.

return XiPTRoute::_('index.php?option=com_community&view=register&Itemid=436', false);

 

I just want the url I have listed to be in url, not any addtional itemids.
