Automatically posting data to a file

I know a little about PHP programming and now I wanna do something ...

There is a form in a php file uploaded somewhere, which get a number as an ID, and show some primary information like Nane and .... With entering those information in another php form, I'll have another information, which I need!

How can I do this process automatically with generating ID number and ... ?!

p.s. I have no idea about field names and .... All I know is file names and Number of their fields.
