PHP LDAPS on Solaris

I could not connect to LDAP  server on secured port. on solaris SPARC machine.

I could connect to the same server from Fedora box.

Please help, me if i am have do do it differently in the attached code.

 

I placed the below lines in /etc/openldap/ldap.conf file: (This helped me to work fine from fedora machine)

TLS never

TLS_REQCERT never

bind_timelimit 30

 

Is it something to do with php - solaris ldap client.
