Javil Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 Hi, i have alot of trouble getting wordpress going. - I uploaded wordpress to my hosting server - I startup wp-admin/install.php and fill in my account settings. Then i get this error: We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the wpress database. Phymyadmin is really troubling me, if i look up a tutorial te use phpmyadmin then it always say to create a new database.
