Topshed Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 Hi all, Using: W7 x64 Firefox IE Opera I installed the latest Wamp 5 x 64 but my Orange Wamp icon refused to go green I Googled and found that other apps could be causing the problem so I disabled Steam and Peer guardian (I dont use Skype) I made sure my Hosts file was correct and no other app was using port 30 and tried again but no Joy. So I uninstalled wamp 2 and reverted to installing wamp5 but still the same story I am thinking it is Win7 as I never had a problem with XP Please help someone Thanks Topsshed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
