I was testing my login system and when I waas logged in he says this: Success

We are now redirecting you to the member area. But he doesn't send me to the members area.

try changing this:

 echo "<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='=2;index.php' />";

to this

 echo "<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='2;url=index.php' />";
