Stolen Cover
I wasn't sure where to ask this and hope this is the correct forum. I created a website, http://sidelinestrategy.com/cb/index.php, that more or less simulates the back of a baseball card (without any color / images). I'm very happy with the result as displayed on the screen; however, when I try to print or save the page the result is not what I expected. I've never run into this problem before. I will be adding pagination (hopefully) as well as additional search parameters to narrow the results and some other bells and whistles, but before moving forward I would like to figure out how to get the page printed exactly as seen on screen. I thought of trying to convert each result to a png image or each page to pdf, but readily admit doing is a little bit over my head at the moment. I would greatly appreciate any ideas or suggestions how to print the resulting html so it looks the same on paper as on screen. I've spent several days trying to figure this out and am stumped. Thanks.
trq
It's not going to happen. If you want well formatted printing ability, use pdf's. And yes, they are themselves quite difficult to implement.
