tbudde
I have a dedicated server hosted at godaddy. It runs Windows Server 2003. I need to load ionCube Loader. I went to http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php. Before I can download, I need to figure out what my OS/Platform is. How do I figure that out? My choices: VC6 (x86) VC6 (Non-TS) (x86) VC9 (x86) VC9 (Non-TS) (x86) Godaddy couldn't help me figure it out. Thanks! Todd
trq
You should be able to get this information by looking at the compile options within a call to phpinfo.

trq
Did you look at the link I posted?
tbudde
Sorry. I didn't realize it was a link. Thank you. Now I just need to figure out how to get to the proper file to read the data your link talks about. I am on hold now with Godaddy to walk me through it. Also, this morning, I got a support question back from ionCube: Hi, Please firstly note that you must be using a 32-bit version of PHP on your server as only 32-bit "official" builds of PHP are available. Please install the ionCube Loader Wizard onto the web server, available from http://www.ioncube.com/loader-wizard/loader-wizard.zip If you download, unzip the archive, put the loader-wizard.php script in your web root directory and go to that in your browser, it will guide you through the installation process for the ionCube Loader. If you are still stuck then please give us the URL to the Loader Wizard on your system. Kind regards, Alastair -- Alastair Telford ionCube Support
tbudde
Godaddy confirmed that my PHP build is 32 bit.
