Admin.php needs a way to edit settings.php

if i had

<form action="post.php" method="post">
Name: <input type="text" name="fname" />
Age: <input type="text" name="age" />
<input type="submit" />
</form>

and in post.php

<?php

$name = $_POST["fname"];
$age = $_POST["age"];
echo $name;
echo $age;

?>

how do i make it "save" it in the script?
