I won't lie, it took me 5-6 installations to actually get it right. I originally installed it using the wrong Kexts files, sometimes the wrong Drivers, and mostly compatibility issues with Kernels. It takes a little patience with Ideneb, but once you know the right settings to apply during installation, everything runs well. The community is also super great, very helpful... My mother board btw is a Gigabyte EP45-UD3L, It was recorded in the documents that the UD3R works well with 10.5.8, so I took my chances .
