freelance84
I had a similar issue once with testing a captcha on easyPHP. We had to change the src to the full address. For example in the second image: <img src="src="http://127.0.0.1:8888/siteTest01/securimage/securimage_show.php?sid="" alt="captcha failed"/> Inserting the full paths everywhere has it benefits too when you want to have a sandbox version of your site off line but don't want to change much when taking the script live: just replace all occurrences of "127.0.0.1:8888/siteTest01" with "www.mysite.com". Coincidentally, http://www.phpcaptcha.org/ is a pretty good captcha to use I have found. And it is pretty easy to change to your liking too.
