bcamp1973
I'm about to build a multi-site content management system that will allow my client to build and deploy multiple web sites using the same DB and same server root directory structure. The sites will all be for one client to maintain so i don't have to worry about security issues between sites. I've built a modest multi-site CMS in the past, but i've learned a lost since then and I'm trying to approach this one a bit more prepared. Looking for feedback from anyone that may have done such work and can make any recommendations on DB practices, point me to tutorials or other reference materials etc. My DB skills are ok, but I have a lot to learn so I want to make sure I educate myself as much as possible before developing this thing. Your feedback is much appreciated! Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/25260-planning-a-db-for-a-mysqlphp-based-multi-site-cms/ Share on other sites
fenway
That's a very broad topic... any particulars? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/25260-planning-a-db-for-a-mysqlphp-based-multi-site-cms/#findComment-115872 Share on other sites
