Well, you can't get 'true' pantone colors on a monitor because colors on a monitor are created via the additive (RGB) color system whereas pantones are created via the subtractive (CMYK) color system.

 

If you want pantone equivalents you would need to get the appropriate conversions. So, you would have to build a database of all teh colors you want to support. Here is one reference: http://goffgrafix.com/pantone-rgb-100.php

 

Then you could use that to build a custom color pick if needed.
