Hi,

Am trying to store innerhtml objects in arrays so I can have one final piece of content to display but it seems innerhtml is not compartible with arrays

Please take a look at this example:

<html>
<head>
<style type="text/css">
#area{
position:absolute;
top:100px;
left:100px;
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<div>
<script type="text/javascript">
function motor()
{
var cars = new Array();
cars[0] = "Audi";
cars[1] = "BMW";
cars[2] = "Mercedes";
var n = cars.length;

var show = new Array();
for(i=0;i<n;i++)
{
show[i] = getElementById("area");
show[i].innerhtml = cars[i];
}

show[3] = getElementById("area");
show[3].innerhtml = show[0].innerhtml + show[1].innerhtml + show[2].innerhtml;
}
</script>

<button onclick="motor()">Motor show</button>

<div id="area"></div>

</div>
</body>
</html>
