The Little Guy
I wan't a switch, so I can connect my computers to put a database on one computer and have the web server on the other computer. The issue I am having is with the switch, the modem is in my roommates room, so I don't want to run a long Ethernet cord from there, and we can't move it because he has cats and they eat cords, so the best spot for the modem is where it is. So my thought is to use a wireless switch, which I assume exist. I found this, but I don't know if it will do what I am looking for or not: http://www.amazon.com/AirLink-AP671W-300Mbps-802-11n-Wireless/dp/B003MB01HQ/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1326070927&sr=1-4 Any suggestions on what I should do? Pikachu2000
As long as it will act as a bridge, it should do what you're after.
