Video Tutorials for learning Zend Framework

Anyone know any decent ones that I can learn the basics from, I hate reading but all the video tutorials keep explaining stuff like form inputs lol

 

 

Also, from what I've seen Zend Framework seems like it would make life a lot easier, originally I only wanted to learn it because job postings keep requiring it as a "must have", personally, I've always liked to use code that I write 100% because I know exactly how it works and that it's optimised as much as possible, any reasons for/against using it?

 

 

And would you recommend using it with Eclipse, I use Notepad++ atm but can't find a PHPDocumentor addon
