sinista Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Hi Guys, Been asked by a client to build a site, with all the useuall features such as blog, page menagement, Some forms and file management, for which i would use cakePhp to create. Hovever the clinet alse wants it to be a shop styled site that has some of the following features Customer accounts Previously Viewed Items featured/related items Special Offers / Discounts Priduct listings / descriptions Relevent admin pages to get the products on the site. I dont really want to create all of therese features from scratch, it will take too long cost to much and i wont get the job. So what I would like to know is, Is there any exiting modules / software that i could use to for the above features ? is there something like openCart for cakephp, or something for opencart that will enable me to create the features initially stated?
