Sending latest version to main server

Hi . I am using

PHP ver 5.2.8

mySQL ver 5.1.30

I have backed up my database and tables to my WAMP server and I  have been cleaning them up and updating some of the records

My Question:  How do I transfer the latest table back to my Hosting  server so that it updates all the changes and the 2 tables match exactly

Preferably using phpMYadmin

Thanks

Topshed

in phpmyadmin, select ur database and hit the export tab, make sure data is checked and save to a file. after that go to your hosting providers phpmyadmin delete that database and simply create a new empty database and import the file you made. simples.

the easiest way is through the command line, this can import a file about 100 times faster than phpmyadmin.

cd C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.xx\bin
mysql -h localhost --password=xxxxxx -u username databasename < C:\my_sql_file.sql

replace xxxxxx with your password, databasename with the name of your database and my_sql_file.sql with the name of your sql file
