If you really want to re-size, then I'm not sure if phpcake really have any good functions for this. I could not find anything useful when I searched for image in their documentation. You should look into this library: http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.image.php It's pretty standard, you might already have it, and it might already be turned on, but if not, then just do so in the php.ini file.
