I need Help

I have a graph script, and it loads the values from the code below.

I am trying to get the values from a file name log_MM_DD_YY.txt (a new file is made everyday with the new date)
The file is a simple counter for unique visits, so the values are a simple number.  I want it to show all the days in a graph. 
Its hard to explain, I hope somebody can help.

I want it to show a graph of the hits to the site.

I have attached the graph script below, I am really new to php and not sure how to do this.
